Caroline has worked with both men and women of all ages up to eighty years old!  While clients have all come with different issues, the key focus is on developing an awareness of how and why they react to particular situations.  Building on this, a programme of specific Brain2Body exercises is prepared to help change, enhance or delete their challenges.

 

Appointments are typically every four to six weeks.  The first session will last up to two hours and subsequent sessions would be up to one hour.
