Brain2Body was established by Caroline Campbell to help adults, children and groups become more aware of their potential.  Every person is unique and sessions are tailored to meet their particular needs using a combination of Educational Kinesiology and Rhythmic Movements.

Educational Kinesiology (Edu K) was developed by Dr Paul Dennison in 1980 and is now used in over eighty countries. Edu K may assist people of all ages and abilities identify and achieve their goals in many areas.  Success has been observed in communication, reading, writing, listening and concentration. Brain Gym®, a part of Edu K, is a series of fun and easy movements for adults and children of all abilities that may reduce stress and increase learning. More information can be found on the Educational Kinesiology Trust’s website: www.braingym.org.uk.

The Rhythmic Movements system was devised by Dr Harald Blomberg. The movements are done on the floor (fully clothed) and, in many ways, mimic the developmental movements that  babies and infants will naturally and automatically make as they grow.  Rhythmic Movements can be done by people of all ages and abilities and may help to build confidence and assist with many different challenges.  It is often used in the areas of autism, dyslexia, ADHD and a range of learning difficulties.  More details can be found at: www.rhythmicmovement.com.
